Using this store
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to enter into a binding contract. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Products and pricing
We work hard to show accurate product details, colours and prices. Slight variation in colour can occur between screens and real garments. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment clears. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing or stock was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — in which case you are refunded in full.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an item in your order sells out after you check out, we will contact you with the option of waiting, swapping for another item, or receiving a refund for that item.
Intellectual property
All content on this store — text, photography, graphics and the Bold Stitch name — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our business is registered. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.
