Returns & refunds

Our 30-day window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Choose an exchange instead of a refund and we will reserve your replacement as soon as the return is on its way.

Final sale and faulty items

Clearance items marked final sale cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
