Order processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery usually arrives 7-14 business days after dispatch. Some items ship directly from our partner workshops, so a single order can occasionally arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking your order

Every order includes a tracking number. You can follow your parcel anytime from the Track your order page using your order number and the email address you checked out with.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and make it right.
